The centrifugal casting department is equipped with induction electric furnaces and horizontal centrifuges, enabling the production of tubes with optimal metallurgical properties for mechanical and pressure applications. The high-precision welding system allows the manufacture of tubes up to 16 meters in length, ensuring structural continuity and material uniformity.
The boring machine is used for internal surface machining of the tubes, guaranteeing tight dimensional tolerances and surface finishes designed to reduce corrosion and wear during operation.
The materials processed include high-temperature resistant nickel alloys, selected for applications in environments with elevated temperatures, high pressures, and aggressive corrosive conditions. Metallurgical control and non-destructive testing ensure compliance with industry standards and the most stringent specifications required by the petrochemical and steel industries.
